Ngwe Zin Yaw cheroot workshop is one of the famous place at Inle lake. A traditional cheroot marking from large green Sebastian leaves and tobacco flavoured with different things such as banana, star anise, mint, honey and pineapple. Round about 50 women at there and they can make up to 1000 cheroots per day.
Inle canoe Lady project is intend to give the part time job for this women community and other women from village as an inclusive tourism. All canoe rower are local and they can share their village the way only they can. Thanks to Ngwe Zin Yaw cheroot workshop for giving the chance to women community, able to row the canoe as a part time job. Inle Canoe Lady (Boutique Canoe Service) hoping the best to promote the inclusive and sustainable tourism in Pauck Par village together with Ngwe Zin Yaw cheroot workshop.
